
Wedding Videography Services Agreement
This Wedding Videography Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Katie & Connor ("Client") and Movement Media Wedding Films ("Videographer") (collectively referred to as the "Parties") on this 11/02/2025 (the "Effective Date").
1. Services Provided
The Videographer agrees to provide professional wedding videography services for the Client’s wedding (the "Event") scheduled on 01/11/2025. A detailed description of the services provided is outlined in Schedule A, which is attached to and forms part of this Agreement.
2. Payment Terms
The total fee for the Services is £1800. Payment terms are as follows:

A £900 deposit is required upon signing this Agreement to secure the booking.

The remaining balance of £900 must be paid before the wedding date (01/11/2025).
Payment will only be accepted via bank transfer. The Client must ensure payments are made to the following bank account details:

3. Schedule and Changes
The Client agrees to provide a finalised schedule for the Event, including specific times and locations, no later than 7 prior to the Event date.
The Videographer will make every reasonable effort to accommodate schedule changes. However, significant changes to the Event schedule or location may be subject to additional charges and are contingent upon the Videographer’s availability.
In the event of delays, cancellations, or rescheduling caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (e.g., inclement weather, illness, acts of God, or force majeure events), the Videographer shall not be held liable, and no refund will be issued.
4. Delivery of Final Product
The Videographer will deliver the final edited wedding video(s) to the Client within 6 weeks following the Event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Delivery will be made via online file transfer & USB drive.
5. Copyright and Usage Rights
The Videographer retains full ownership and copyright of all footage, including the final video(s) and any raw footage.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, personal-use licence to view, download, and share the video(s) for non-commercial purposes. The Client shall not edit, sell, or distribute the video(s) for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Videographer.
The Videographer reserves the right to use portions of the video(s) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to their website, social media platforms, and portfolio, unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to the Event.
6. Cancellation and Refunds

50% of the £900 deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

If the Client cancels this Agreement more than 4 weeks prior to the Event, £450 will be refunded.

If the cancellation is within 4 weeks of the Event the 50% deposit will be non refundable. .
In the rare event that the Videographer must cancel their services due to unforeseen circumstances, the Videographer will provide a full refund of any payments made (including the deposit) and make every reasonable effort to assist the Client in finding a replacement videographer.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Videographer’s liability for any claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fee paid by the Client. The Videographer shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of opportunity or emotional distress.
8. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Videographer from and against any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Client’s breach of this Agreement or from any acts, omissions, or negligence of the Client, their guests, or their service providers.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties concerning its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or discussions. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
11. Provision of Meals
The Client agrees to provide a meal for the Videographer (and any assistants, if applicable) during the Event. This is particularly required if the Videographer’s services exceed 4 consecutive hours. The meal should be served at a time that allows the Videographer to eat while ensuring no key moments of the Event are missed. If a meal is not provided, the Videographer reserves the right to take a break to purchase food during the Event without liability for missed footage during this time.

Coverage Hours: Full Day (from Bridal prep to 30 minutes after the first dance)

Included Deliverables: 8 minute wedding film, 1 minute trailer film
